Dates only accepted as confirmed when a letter of confirmation and a £250 NON REFUNDABLE deposit are sent to:

Our credit terms are 14 DAYS from date of invoice. Non payment within this time will result in interest of 5% being added to your account. All prices stated are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate (17.5%) but subject to 50p per head service charge.

If you do book your own band or D.J. please note that they must supply their own P.A. equipment unless alternative arrangements are made prior to the function.

Bar extensions are until 1.00am unless otherwise requested. Your confirmed room configuration is needed 24 hours prior to your event.

To enable us to maintain our standard of service, please note that any guest requiring an alternative menu or vegetarian meal should order 24 hours in advance of the night of the function.

In the event of a cancellation of any event the deposit will be forfeited and if the event is cancelled:
THREE MONTHS prior to the date and we cannot re-let the date, a further £100 cancellation fee will be incurred.
TWO MONTHS prior to the event, £200 cancellation fee.
ONE MONTH prior to the event, £500 cancellation fee.
